The high GE bankers have had a falling out with the exchange clerks, and no longer stand together, so you must run between the banker and the exchange.
Teleport restrictions have changed:
While carrying items players can now teleport to a higher-risk area, but not to a lower-risk area. For example, you can teleport from low to high but not high to low.

Low and High-threat grand exchanges are now no-familiar zones.
