why make that restriction in the first place? Blizzard's first hero
class, the death knight, is available to any race other than the

It has increasing defence against combat styles, the more melee is used, the more defence against it. Switching style would send it into cooldown. But it only has so many points to spend on that defence so when 2 styles go up high enough the 3rd drops making it weaker against that, as far as long as it is not attacked with it.

To Spawn Runescape Elite Monsters
It is your time to spawn RuneScape gold elite monsters since you get the chance. To battle Gielinor's ferocious beasts

Elites have a chance to spawn on the death of others of their kind, with one guaranteed spawn and greatly increased chance per kill when you take on a matching Slayer assignment.
The following monsters can now spawn elites: Waterfiends, Harpie bug swarms, Nechryael, Aquanites, Earth warriors, Cave horrors, Cows, Ankou, Dust devils, Hobgoblins, Infernal mages, Dark beasts, Greater demons, and Abyssal demons.
Note that Edimmu elite spawns work as before, although they no longer despawn if there are no other players in the area, and remain for 30 minutes if not killed-longer than the 10 minutes that other elites will remain.
The spawn rates and mechanics of elite rune dragons are unchanged. You will recognise an elite by its unique name, and if you are the player who spawned it-a special animation.
Elites are initially protected: attackable only by the spawning player for three minutes, or until the player moves a significant distance from the elite, if sooner.
You can find out how long until an elite is attackable by clicking on it. Once the protection ends, the animation plays again, for everyone nearby. Then, it's fair game for everyone.
Elites are tougher than their brethren, and most have special attacks that make them extra challenging to fight. The rewards make it worthwhile, though, particularly for slayers: an elite kill grants you 220% Slayer XP compared to a regular kill, if killed while on assignment.
The elites mentioned above will also give three roll's worth of loot from their drop tables-including three chances for summoning charms.

Speak to Grish, located at Jiggig (south of the Castle Wars entrance). He will talk about Zogres (Zombie ogres) coming from the ground and making people sick. Ask if you can help, and progress through the conversation. Grish will give you two Super restore potions and three Cooked chompy birds.
Talk to the Ogre guard to the east. After mentioning Grish, he will remove the barricade to allow you inside the Zogre-infested area.
Run east to a set of stairs going downward. Take these stairs.
The cave

Fighting the zombie.
Note: You may now (or have already) become diseased if under 89 Combat, and a Zogre or Skogre (level 44) attacks you. From now on, make sure you carry Super restore potions with you! The disease will temporarily reduce a random skill by up to 10 levels every minute or so!
Proceed north-west to an area with a blackened floor. There will be a short cutscene.
Search the skeleton, a zombie will appear and attack. Kill it to obtain a ruined backpack.
Open the backpack to obtain a Dragon inn tankard, some rotten food and a knife.
Search the broken lectern. You will find a torn page that contained a spell.
Attempt to search the coffin nearest to the skeleton, and then use a knife on it. The lock should unlock. Try opening the coffin (it may take a couple of tries). When the coffin is open, search it to obtain a Black prism.
Backtrack and exit the cave, running back to the barricade - or simply use the Nightmare Zone teleport that is located in the red mini-game section of the quest tab.
Yanille

Proceed to Yanille.
Go to the Dragon Inn and use the tankard on the bartender. The bartender will explain that the tankard belonged to Brentle Vahn, a not-so-moral customer who had been seen with a shady wizard.
Talk to Zavistic Rarve in the Magic Guild. If you don't have the required level to enter the guild, ring the front bell and Rarve will appear outside. After seeing the prism and torn page, Rarve will tell you to talk to Sithik Ints in the guest house north of the guild.
Incriminating Sithik

Sithik is turned into an ogre.
Proceed to the top floor of the guest house. Sithik is in the west bed. Talk to him, and he will deny any connection to the Zogres. When you raise allegations, Sithik will challenge you to find facts. We need to show a picture of Sithik to the bartender to see if he was the wizard seen with Brentle.
Search the drawers, the cupboard and the wardrobe. You will find a Book of portraiture, a Necromancy book, papyrus and charcoal, and a Book of 'h.a.m'.
Read all three books.
Use the Book of Portraiture on Sithik. He will recommend trying portraiture.
Draw a portrait of Sithik by using the papyrus on Sithik. When you're done, use the portrait on Sithik. If Sithik appreciates the "truth" of the portrait, then the portrait isn't realistic enough and you need to try again. Search the drawers for more papyrus and sketch him again. With an accurate portrait, Sithik will appreciate the "honesty" of the portrait.
Take the portrait and the tankard back to the bartender. The bartender will recognise Sithik and will sign the portrait as an affidavit.
Talk to Zavistic Rarve while holding the Necromancy book, the Book of 'h.a.m.', the tankard and the signed portrait. This will be enough evidence for Rarve to give you a Strange potion, which he will instruct you to use on Sithik and then leave the house.
Use the potion on the cup of tea on top of Sithik's dresser.
Go downstairs and back upstairs. Sithik will have turned into an ogre.
Talk to Sithik, and he will confess. Obtain answers to all three questions in order to make Relicym's balm and Brutal arrows.
Making Relicym's Balm

After Sithik Ints has revealed the secret to making Relicym's balm, having it on hand in the final fight will help tremendously. It is your choice to obtain this now; however, the quest can be done without it. The balm is also tradeable.
Relicym's Balm is made like any potion, it uses Rogue's purse as herb and Snake weed as secondary ingredient.
It is HIGHLY recommended to make this and give it to Uglug Nar. This will give access to a store selling 100 Relicym's balm (3). The store also has 100 Achey logs, 10 bow strings, 10 cooked chompy and 5 knives in stock.
Making Brutal Arrows

Brutal arrows are the best way to kill Zogres, and shooting them from a composite ogre bow is the best strategy in the final fight. It is your choice to obtain them; however, the quest can be done without it. To make the arrows, cut down Achey trees. After, fletch them into Ogre arrow shafts (each log will give 2-6 shafts). Then, add feathers to the shafts (Each shaft needs 4 feathers). Finally, to make the Brutal Arrows, use nails (made of any metal), with a hammer in inventory on the Flighted ogre arrow. Each time you do this, it will make six arrows at a time.
Relocating the Ceremonial Grounds

Attacking Slash Bash from a distance.
Return to Grish and tell him what Sithik told you.
Also, tell him that you have some other questions for him, and you want to talk about the quest. Go through each option.
Grish will give you a key to obtain access to the ceremonial chamber.
Prepare for a rather tough fight. The Zogre (named Slash Bash) that will attack you is level 111 and attacks with both a Melee and a Ranged attack. Your best bet is to make some Brutal arrows and fire them with an composite ogre bow. Learn to make the bow from Grish by telling him, "There must be an easier way to kill these zogres", or if you're a mage using Crumble Undead is a very viable option. However, this boss can also be killed without too much difficulty using the Magic Entangle/Cast pattern. Prepare according to how you would like to fight, but in any case it is recommended that you bring multiple Super restore potions.
Return to the cave beyond the barricade and head west. There will be two successive locked doors, proceed through these and descend the stairs.
Proceed to the end of this long, wide room and search the stand.
A level 111 Zogre named Slash Bash will attack you. If using Ranged, find a safe spot and range the Zogre using Protect from Ranged. If maging, cast Entangle or Snare followed by a wave attack or Crumble Undead while using Protect from Ranged, or simply use the safe spot while protecting from Ranged. Fire Blast maxes out at 4 against this boss, so make sure to bring enough casts. Alternatively, with decent armour (Rune or better) you can melee the boss down with little to no trouble. Poisoning the boss with a poisoned Dragon Dagger helps. In either case, your Prayer will drain very fast so make sure you use Super restore potions when you need them. Once the Zogre is dead, collect the bones and the artefact that he drops.

Runescape Weekly Bug Report and Patch Notes
As runescape gold players, we should

Players who have all of the Aquarium's decorations but haven't placed them in Auqarium and are trying to claim their free landmark perk will now be able to spend their outstanding prawn points correctly. Players can no longer use lodestone quick teleports in Sinkholes.
Players who completed Ritual of the Mahjarrat before watching the final cutscene of While Guthix Sleeps can now view it by speaking to Silif in the White Knight's Castle in Falador. An issue with pure resets not resetting some sections of Dimension of Disaster has been resolved.
Gypsy Aris now has an option to finish a replay of Dimension of Disaster, setting the remaining sub-quests to a completed state, and closing the portal to New Varrock. This option only becomes available after completing a replay of Coin of the Realm. Using this feature to complete Dimension of Disaster will not award silver pennies or Zemomarks.

For example, if you're wielding a fire battlestaff, you can charge it with casts for fire bolt, but you cannot have it hold casts for water bolt, and any of the air runes used cannot be used for air spells.
While wands/orbs will have an even weaker role than staves in accuracy. They should still contain a built-in spell that's equal to the wand's level.
Books will contain enchantmens written by runecrafters that mages can express through their spells. As a result, books give the user's magic a unique passive effect. Players simply rely solely on a spell's value for combat. It's advantage is choice, you can select your stance to be 1h, 2x, or 2h. This will be one of the only ways to 2h magic.

These epic adventures offer a new take on high-level boss fights, for groups of up to 10 players. Each raid boss has very differnt gameplay, with plenty of teamwork required even to reach each fight. There'll be two bosses with this first release, with plenty of plans for more in the future, growing in difficulty and rewards.
There are raid feats, a series of absurdly hard combat challenges for the truly dedicated warrior. There's also a new safe PvP activity, where you'll move vital supplies between goebie camps.
There's plenty of exploration too. Mazcab is far more than a home for boss fighters. There's a whole world to discover. Find lore fragments, complete mini-quests and get lost in the Dungeoneering-style forest that changes faster than a speeding kebbit.
